MAII has worked very hard to help end abuses involving children abroad. MAII is responsible for engagement in field work and provides volumes of documentation in the U.S. and in places like Haiti for the purpose of keeping in touch with the communities it serves and generating ongoing responsible discussions with parents, the government and potential sponsors. We have an orphanage that has a waiting list and that is committed to making sure that children have access to a safe and healthy environment.
